We are SO lucky to have found Kristy. We didn’t initially even know this service existed and couldn’t have landed with a better advisor. Kristy listened. She was honest. She took time for extra visits and conversations that she didn’t need to. Our mom is doing much better now than a year ago - and because of where Kristy helped us place her, she’s able to live in a community where the services evolve with her. Jennifer and Assisted Living locators were nothing short of spectacular.  I had a very short time frame and was totally stressed out and she made everything easy.  I love that she follows up with her seniors after the move. Highest recommendation- services were paid for by the facility. Jennifer was a saving grace! My parents had missed their chance to get into another independent living community they had been on the waiting list for a couple of years due to my father's increasingly significant dementia symptoms. I knew that my mom was becoming burnt out by and her health was suffering due to the stress and demands placed on her as a caregiver. Within 2 weeks of a phone call with Jennifer, she had found a beautiful place for where my dad would get the care that he needed and my parents could stay living together. Jennifer has been so incredibly patient and understanding with the rollercoaster of emotions held by me and my parents during this transition and empowered us all to make our own decisions without imposing any agenda of her own. I'm not sure how we could have made this big move without Jennifer's expert guidance, knowledge, and care. Two months later, she continues to be an accessible, reliable resource for anything from helping me clear out my parents' home to finding a real estate lawyer. I am so glad we were referred to Jennifer to help find a memory care facility for our loved one. At our first meeting, she listened to understand what was important to us in a memory care facility. Jennifer is a very caring person.  She is very supportive of family members and took the time to get to know our loved one and spend some time with him before his move in day.
